Capri is situated close to Town center requiring ascent of a slight gradient.
Property is accessed by four steps.
Street parking available at front of The Capri.
Limited car parking at rear of property involving a two hundred yard walk to The Capri which includes fourteen steps.
Reception, Lounge and Dining room all on ground floor with no internal steps.
Bedrooms accessed via staircase on first, second and third floors. No lift available.
Assistance available to carry luggage.
All rooms well lit and fitted with en-suite showers (stool available for seating in shower).
All rooms with remote colour tv.
We offer assistance in settling in.
Insulin storage is available
We are trained under the W.T.B. welcome host

Cancellation & Curtailment policy

Please note that we operate a 48 hour policy for the above. Notice exceeding 48 hours will not incur any charge.
For cancellations with less notice provided or a no-show then the first nights accommodation will be charged in full.

If whilst residing with us you require for any reason to curtail your stay then we will once again require a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we may attempt to re-let your accommodation.
Curtailment with less notice will incur full payment for accommodation taken plus a minimum of a full charge for the next consecutive night. Any further charges will be dependant on a re-let of the said accommodation for the duration of the initial booking.

We will of course provide any necessary paperwork for guests to pursue any reimbursement through their travel insurance.
