Please note that we operate a 48 hour policy for the above. Notice exceeding 48 hours will not incur any charge.
For cancellations with less notice provided or a no-show then the first nights accommodation will be charged in full.

If whilst residing with us you require for any reason to curtail your stay then we will once again require a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we may attempt to re-let your accommodation.
Curtailment with less notice will incur full payment for accommodation taken plus a minimum of a full charge for the next consecutive night. Any further charges will be dependant on a re-let of the said accommodation for the duration of the initial booking.

We will of course provide any necessary paperwork for guests to pursue any reimbursement through their travel insurance.
